The TransFormer, KW's innovative new top load carton former, provides a dramatic increase in speed (up to 120 cartons/min with a single head!) and the ability to form lock-style or glue-style cartons on the same machine. The TransFormer's outstanding features include: a unique ergonomic waist-level hopper that allows easy carton loading; our InsightŪ color touch screen HMI for ease of operation; and a unique servo driven high-precision THK linear rail plunger mounting system for absolute head-to-cavity positioning.
The Vantage Multi-Bag Baler, a Woodman innovation introduced in 2010, is now ready for commercialization in the Americas after months of product validation in the field. The Vantage provides a "new", much-sought-after presentation for snack food packaging and merchandising: multiple bags of snack foods and low density products in a single high density bundle (bale). The "bale" is ideal for traditional single serve, 100 calorie snacks and variety packs. The Vantage bale, strong on Sustainability, potentially reduces or eliminates corrugated cases, shipping costs and dunnage.
The Vantage Multi-Bag Baler is built with the same Woodman tradition of packaging expertise and legendary reliability including servo motors, quick change features and off-the shelf controls, including an A-B Micro InsightŪ HMI. The Vantage has speeds from 10 to 70 bags/min input and up to 15 bales/min output.

Woodman's successful Apache Universal Format Bagmaker has been upgraded to feature full A-B controls. The intermittent motion Apache can produce up to 120 bags per minute for a variety of products such as cereals, candy, nuts, crackers, cookies, and powders with a wide package size & format flexibility. The Apache is designed for ease of operator use and has a low-profile Flex-Mount machine frame allowing direct mounting of filling systems including weighers, augers, and volumetric cup fillers.
The class leading Vari-RightŪ tri-seal carton closing machine features our patented revolutionary variable pitch carton transport lugs. These "infinitely variable" flight centers combine the carton control benefits of a lugged carton closer with the advantages of an "untimed" random carton infeed and tool-less quick changeover.
