CELOX Spells SUCCESS for Kliklok

Fresh from a successful Interpack show, Kliklok is celebrating another order for their CELOX® high performance end load cartoner.
Since its launch last year, this impressive servo-driven machine has attracted the attention of food producers world-wide. The new order is for a major UK frozen food company, a long-established Kliklok customer, packing several ready meal sizes in singles and twin packs.
For this application, the CELOX cartoner will be integrated with a TRAC-i, one of Kliklok's product handling system to collate and transfer two meal trays side by side for automatic cartoning at 150cpm.
CELOX will provide the customer with numerous cost and labor saving benefits for their high capacity production line: rapid size change, the ability to 'home' the machine in a matter of seconds, and ease of operation using the latest Insight® color touch screen operator interface.
