Combine that commitment with the belief that our machines should be the least of a customer’s worries, and you begin to understand the depth and breadth of our service and support offerings.
We back our machines with detailed manuals, thorough training and immediate onsite repairs when required. Our Extended Service Contracts are designed to save money and avoid lost production time. We also stand out in the industry for our spare parts availability. As long as any of our machines are operational, we will maintain a stock of spare parts to keep them going.
We’re there from the very beginning — with factory-trained field service engineers to assist with installation. After you’re up and running, we offer a variety of regularly scheduled onsite support programs: monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or customized. We also offer on-going PMMI Certified Training programs that can be conducted in your plant or at Kliklok-Woodman facilities.
